Privacy Policy
This policy describes how MinimalSoft Toolworks Technologies handles information on this website and in MINIMALSOFT FLOW, our AI RFP and proposal-response product.
MINIMALSOFT FLOW workspace data
FLOW uses an account-based workspace. To provide the service, it processes your email account information and the workspace records you create, such as project details, approved company knowledge and AI analysis results. These records are associated with your account and are protected by database access controls.
Source documents
The current MVP processes source files in order to perform analysis. Original source files are not stored automatically by the application. The response record stores analysis output and document metadata needed for history and review.
AI processing
FLOW sends the information required for an analysis to the configured AI model provider through our server-side application layer. Users should avoid uploading information they are not authorized to process. AI output should be reviewed by a person before it is used for a contractual, legal, financial or other consequential decision.
Data control
FLOW includes workspace controls that allow a signed-in user to remove stored projects, response records and company knowledge. Account authentication is provided by Supabase. Cloud hosting and infrastructure may process technical information needed to deliver, secure and operate the services.
Third-party services
Third-party services may process information when they are part of the product infrastructure. Their own privacy policies and terms also apply.
