These terms apply to use of the MinimalSoft Toolworks Technologies website and MINIMALSOFT FLOW. Product-specific agreements may add terms for particular customers or services.
FLOW is an assistive system
FLOW helps users understand source documents, organize requirements, match approved company evidence and prepare draft responses. AI output is not a substitute for human review, contractual approval or professional advice.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the information you upload, your authority to process it, the accuracy of company knowledge you approve and the final review of any response prepared with FLOW.
Workspace records
The product may retain project metadata, approved knowledge and analysis results so you can return to your work. The current MVP does not automatically retain original source files.
Availability and changes
We may change, improve or discontinue features as the product evolves. Service availability can depend on third-party infrastructure and model providers.
